Scholarships
Scholarships are one way we and supporting organizations provide assistance to ensure that a diverse range of individuals join the conversation at CommunityMatters'10®. Due to the generosity of our sponsors, we offered funding assistance to individuals in the following regions:
- Colorado (18 scholarships)
- Idaho & Wyoming (5 scholarships)
- Intermountain West (5 scholarships)
- Vermont (2 scholarships)
- New Hampshire (3 scholarships)
- Maine (2 scholarships)
As a condition of being awarded a scholarship, recipients needed to demonstrate key characteristics like dedicated involvement in the community and the need for financial assistance.
Scholarship support matched registration, hotel and travel expenses up to $500 per person. It's important that recipients committed to finding additional funding for conference costs, whether through their cities or towns, local businesses or charities, or out of their own pockets.
