Deputy Director, Jacksonville Community Council, Inc.
At the core of everyone’s work is the desire to see progress. But how do we define it? How do we measure it? In our work with communities, how can we say with certainty, “We’ve moved forward”? This session will highlight some different approaches to indicators—some for taking stock of a community’s vital signs, others for measuring success or processing failure, and still others that lend legitimacy to unconventional planning and community-building processes. You’ll learn the best methods for quantifying results and communicating about how your work is positively influencing the quality of life of your neighbors.
Delia Clark will moderate this session.
